I'm a Loctician, new to the Killeen and surrounding areas. I'm building my clientele. My specialty is locs. Repairs, maintenance, retwist, styling, extensions, and many more. I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
